None of the coupon specials posted in the newspaper or online were available at the Fairbanks N. Houston location in Houston, Texas. The sales attendant said the items were not sent. Asked if something else could be substitued and the attendant said “no”. I felt that this was false advertisement and a ploy to just get customers to the stand. Very dissapointed; anything you can do to compensate for this experience?
